Evenly and slowly start to take deep breaths as you are thinking of something happy. Begin to visualize a distant scene. For anywhere from three to five seconds, you should close your eyes tightly, then open them for another three to five seconds. Do this for about seven to eight times.
As you are sitting in a comfortable chair, roll your eyes clockwise, then roll them counter-clockwise. Do this five times and blink in between those times.
Sit in front of a window, put a mark on the window. This could be a small sticker that is either red or black.
